Citizens of the Russian Federation, whose salary for more than 30 years exceeded the maximum base for insurance premiums and, as of 2025, amounted to about 230 thousand rubles per month, will be able to receive an insurance pension in the amount of 50 thousand rubles. This was announced on October 9 by Viktor Lyashok, senior researcher at the INSAP Center of the IPEI Presidential Academy.

"If we are talking about a regular insurance pension, and not military pensions, then it is quite difficult to get a pension in the amount of 50 thousand rubles. To do this, it is necessary that for at least 30 years the salary should not be lower than the maximum base for insurance premiums. In 2025, it will amount to 2.7 million rubles per year, which is about 230 thousand rubles per month," he said in an interview with the TASS news agency.

The expert clarified that these indicators, which make it possible to receive an increased pension, broadcast an annual increase.
