"Mr. Andreoli is on a visit to Moscow to conduct scheduled consultations with diplomats from the American embassy," the agency's source said.

The source added that Andreoli also had limited contacts. In addition, the State Department representative discussed the work of the embassies of both countries while at the Russian Foreign Ministry.
