Temporary restrictions on the admission and release of aircraft have been introduced at two Russian airports located in Nizhny Novgorod and Yaroslavl. This was announced on the morning of October 7 by Artem Korenyako, a representative of the Federal Air Transport Agency.
"Nizhny Novgorod (Strigino) and Yaroslavl (Tunoshna) airports — temporary restrictions have been imposed on the reception and release of aircraft," he said in a message on the Telegram channel.
These measures, as specified by the representative of the Federal Air Transport Agency, were necessary to ensure flight safety.
A day earlier, Korenyako also reported on the introduction of time restrictions in the airways of Nizhny Novgorod and Yaroslavl. Later, he announced the removal of these measures from the operation of these airports, which were introduced to ensure flight safety.
