The owner of the house into which the daughter of crime boss Sergei Tsapok crashed into a Mercedes has filed a waiver of claims against Anastasia Tsapok, the culprit of the accident. Lawyer Andrey Karpenko informed Izvestia about this on October 5.

"A settlement agreement was concluded, documents were signed on the absence of claims against the culprit of the accident. Fully compensates for material damage and moral damage. The side has no complaints," Karpenko said.

According to the lawyer, the girl fully admitted responsibility for the incident and expressed remorse to the owner of the damaged house.

It was clarified that she had no other unpaid fines.
