Pensioners with savings of up to 440 thousand rubles will be able to receive them at a time.

A one-time payment of a funded pension in 2026 will be available to pensioners whose savings amount does not exceed approximately 440 thousand rubles. Svetlana Bessarab, a member of the State Duma Committee on Labor, Social Policy and Veterans' Affairs, told about this on October 5.

"Women from the age of 55 and men from the age of 60 have the right to pay the funded part of the pension. If the monthly amount of this part is less than 10% of the pensioner's subsistence level, the funds can be received on a one—time basis," the deputy explained to TASS.

According to her, with a pensioner's subsistence level of more than 16.2 thousand rubles and a payment period of 270 months, the maximum amount for a one-time payment will be about 439 thousand rubles.

Bessarab added that, according to the Social Fund of Russia, in 2026 more than 700 thousand citizens will be able to use this measure. The average payout will be just over 61 thousand rubles, but the specific amount depends on each person's savings.

Who has the right to such payments and how much money can be received

Earlier, on October 4, the Russian government allocated 10 billion rubles from the reserve fund for social security payments to pensioners and payments to citizens with disabilities. The funds were sent to the regions, including Buryatia, Komi, Tuva, Yakutia, Zabaikalsky and Kamchatka Territories. In total, over 1.2 million people will receive support.
