Kazakh MMA fighter Nikolay Veretennikov lost to American Punaheda Soriano at the UFC 320 tournament. This became known on October 5.

The welterweight bout lasted all three rounds and ended with Soriano's victory by unanimous decision — 30-27, 30-27, 30-27, Sport-Express reported.

The 35-year-old Veretennikov scored 13 victories and suffered seven defeats in his career.
