When climbing the Vilyuchinsky volcano in Kamchatka, several people lost their lives. This was reported to Izvestia on Saturday, October 4, by the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the region.

It is specified that one of the band members called the rescuers. According to the ministry, at the moment, the helicopter of the disaster medicine center with doctors and specialists of the Ministry of Emergency Situations on board has flown to the scene.

On September 29, the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported the death of one tourist while climbing Fisht Mountain in Adygea, and another was injured. According to the agency, during the ascent of the northern slope of the mountain of a tourist group of six people, two climbers fell off a cliff.

Later, on October 1, rescuers evacuated all members of the climbing group from Fisht Mountain. It was clarified that the deceased tourist was evacuated by aircraft from a dangerous area. His body was handed over to the investigative authorities of the Republic of Adygea.
