Geely Monjaro returned to the top three best-selling crossovers in Russia
The Geely Monjaro model has returned to the top three best-selling SUV segment cars in Russia (crossovers and SUVs) for the first time in 18 months, since April last year. This was reported on October 3 by the analytical agency Autostat.
Geely Monjaro sales totaled 4,043 units, in the ranking it lost to the leading Haval Jolion (6,154 units), which is produced in the Tula region, and the Belgee X50 (5,547 units) of the Belarusian assembly, which became the second.
The top five also includes the Haval M6 crossover and the Lada Niva Legend SUV (3,706 and 2,999 units, respectively). The top ten was rounded out by the Chery Tiggo 7L, Belgee X70, Changan Uni-S / CS55 Plus, Lada Niva Travel and Omoda C5 models.
Earlier in the day, it was reported that by the end of September this year, 122.7 thousand new passenger cars were sold in Russia, which is 18.7% less than in the same month of 2024. In just nine months of 2025, 895.9 thousand new passenger cars were sold in the Russian Federation (22.4% less than in January –September last year).
The Lada Granta family and its models topped the Russian car market in September. In early autumn, sales totaled 11.9 thousand units, which is a quarter less than a year ago, and Granta's market share dropped below the 10% threshold.
