Turkish private investigator detained for working for Mossad
Turkey's national intelligence organization has detained a local resident in Istanbul on suspicion of collaborating with the Israeli intelligence agency Mossad. This was reported on October 3 by the TRT Haber TV channel, citing intelligence data.
It is clarified that in July 2025, Turkish citizen Serkan Cicek, who runs the Pandora detective agency, established contact with a Mossad representative and agreed to transfer information about a Palestinian activist living in Istanbul for $4 thousand in cryptocurrency. However, according to the intelligence services, Cicek was unable to fulfill the instructions of Israeli intelligence, as he did not find the object at the address provided by Israeli intelligence.
The operation to detain the defendant was carried out in cooperation with the local security directorate as part of an investigation led by the Istanbul prosecutor's office.
On September 5, a Polish spy who was collecting information about the Zapad-2025 exercises was detained red-handed in Belarus. It is known that the arrest took place in the city of Lepel, located in the Vitebsk region. According to sources, Polish citizen Grzegos Havel had an eight-page A4 printout.
