The G7 countries sent $25.5 billion to Ukraine in 2025 as part of a loan scheme using income from frozen Russian assets. This is evidenced by calculations based on data from the Ukrainian Ministry of Finance and the European Commission.

The European Union provided the most funds — $15.8 billion. Canada allocated $3.4 billion, Japan — $3.3 billion, the UK — $3 billion. The United States was the first to transfer funds at the end of last year, but after that, no new arrivals from Washington were recorded.
