FC CSKA defeated Lokomotiv in a penalty shootout at the Russian Cup

Football club (FC) CSKA defeated FC Lokomotiv in a penalty shootout in the match of the 5th round of the Russian Premier League (RPL) FONBET Cup of Russia. At the end of the game, the tabloid remained closed (0-0), but in the penalty shootout the score became 4:2.

During the match, chief referee Ivan Abrosimov showed a yellow card to Lokomotiv defender Maxim Nenakhov in the 88th minute, Sport-Express reported.

From Lokomotiv, striker Dmitry Vorobyov, midfielder Alexey Batrakov (did not score), midfielder Artem Timofeev (did not score) and defender Jerzino Nyamsi scored penalties.

From FC CSKA, midfielder Ivan Oblyakov, striker Alerrandro Barra Manzano di Sosa, defender Danil Krugovoy and Enrique Carm made successful penalty attempts.
