Swedish environmental activist Greta Thunberg and her friends are safe after the interception of the Global Sumud Flotilla (GSF), which was heading to the Gaza Strip with humanitarian supplies. This was announced on October 1 by the Israeli Foreign Ministry.

It is noted that the detained ships will be sent to the Israeli port. The foreign ministry also offered to unload the ships and send help by another route.
