Russian actor and musician Gleb Kalyuzhny, who is serving in the Russian army, attended the premiere of the sports drama "The First on Olympus" with his participation. Footage of the October 1 event is published by Izvestia.

"I am glad that today not only my family and friends will watch the film, but also the colleagues with whom we have become friends," the actor said.

Kalyuzhny also expressed gratitude to the leadership and command of his unit for providing a leave of absence for the premiere of the film. At the same time, he called the service an inspiring and important period for himself.

The premiere of the film "The First on Olympus" on October 9, 2025 will be released on wide screens. In the film by Artyom Mikhalkov, Kalyuzhny plays a young blockade runner, Soviet rower, two-time Olympic champion Yuri Tyukalov, who after the war devotes himself to a sports career and prepares for the Olympics in Helsinki.
