The Ministry of Transport has banned the navigation of vessels in Ulysses Bay in Vladivostok

The Ministry of Transport has banned ships from sailing in Ulysses Bay in Vladivostok. This is evidenced on October 1 by an order published on the official website of the legal information.

"I order to establish a no—swimming area in the waters of Ulysses Bay, Peter the Great Bay, Sea of Japan," the text of the order says.

It is noted that the exception was ships of the Russian Navy (Russian Navy) or ships that received permission from the seaport of Vladivostok to sail.
