The Russian government extended the ban on gasoline exports for all market participants, and also imposed a ban on the export of diesel, marine fuel and other gas oils for non-producers. This was announced on September 30 by the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers.
"A new decree has extended the temporary ban on the export of motor gasoline outside the country. It will be valid until December 31, 2025 inclusive and applies to all exporters, including direct producers," the government's Telegram channel says.
