The court arrested the former acting vice-governor of Kuban Vlasov

Alexander Vlasov, the retired acting deputy governor of the Krasnodar Territory, was taken into custody by the court. This was announced on September 30 by the press service of the courts of the region.

"The Oktyabrsky District Court of Krasnodar has considered the investigation's request to choose a preventive measure in the form of detention in respect of Alexander Vlasov," the department's Telegram channel says.
