Peskov noted the desire of residents of Odessa and Nikolaev to be with Russia

Many residents of Odessa and Mykolaiv would like to link their fate with Russia. This was announced on September 30 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

"Of course, there are many people in Odessa and Mykolaiv who, of course, would like to link their fate with Russia," he said.

According to him, currently people are unlikely to be able to speak out in favor of this, since such actions are life-threatening.
