In Yekaterinburg, as a result of the collision of two buses on Selkorovskaya Street, 14 people were injured. This was announced on September 29 in the press service of the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Sverdlovsk region.
"The preliminary cause of the collision, established by the staff of the State Traffic Inspectorate, is the failure of the driver of one of the buses to maintain a safe distance," the department wrote on its Telegram channel.
It is noted that the victims of the incident are receiving the necessary medical assistance, 14 people received injuries of varying severity. The traffic police stressed that actions are currently being carried out to establish the causes and circumstances of the accident.
On September 29, the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Trans-Baikal Territory reported that three people died in an accident on the 836th km on the Irkutsk—Chita highway. According to preliminary data, the 80-year-old Toyota Corolla Fielder driver lost control and hit a stationary vehicle.
