On November 17, 2025, the MSK-IX anniversary Peer-to—Peer Forum will be held at the WTC Congress Center, a key event for the Russian telecommunications and Internet industry, which annually gathers leading players for two decades.

Over the past 20 years, the forum has become a central platform for telecom operators, cloud providers, data centers, media companies, copyright holders, and regulators. It is here that the agenda for the development of Internet infrastructure is being formed, and issues of network connectivity, cybersecurity, and media technologies are being discussed.

In 2025, the forum's program will be organized in two parallel streams — "Infrastructure and Network Services" and "Video Stream". The hosts of the streams are Alexey Kostin and Grigory Kuzin. Participants will receive analytical reports, practical workshops, panel discussions and round tables. The Forum has traditionally remained a place where new partnerships are born and a professional community develops.

This year's special focus is the 30th anniversary of MSK—IX, which stands at the origins of the Russian digital economy. Since its foundation in 1995, MSK-IX has become the largest Internet traffic exchange point in Russia and an operator of platforms for scaling networks and services. Today, the company unites more than 1,000 clients from 100 cities and 20 countries, ensuring the stability and reliability of the Runet.
