DTEK reported power outages in Kiev due to explosions
Kiev was partially de-energized due to strikes on the city. This was announced on September 28 by the DTEK electric company.
"Due to the attack on the capital, some residents were left without electricity," the Telegram channel said.
According to the electric company, as soon as the power engineers received permission from the military and rescuers, they immediately turned on the power supply to all houses on backup lines during repairs.
On September 28, the Ukrainian TV channel TSN reported that explosions had occurred in Kiev. It was clarified that an air raid siren sounded in the city. According to the online map of the Ukrainian Ministry of Digital Transformation, an air alert has been declared in the Zhytomyr, Chernihiv, Poltava, Kirovohrad, Sumy, Dnipropetrovsk and Kharkiv regions.
