Zelensky: Kiev has agreed with Africa to sell its remaining weapons

Ukraine has agreed to sell its surplus weapons produced for the Armed Forces of Ukraine to a number of African countries. This was announced on September 27 by Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky.
"As for the issue of controlled arms exports. <...> Exports will be controlled until the end of the conflict. <...> An agreement was reached with the African continent at the UN General Assembly," he wrote on the Telegram channel.
