There has been an influx of migrant workers from India and Bangladesh in Ukraine as a result of the issuance of exit permits to men. This was announced on September 27 by Dmitry Degtyar, co-founder of the HR specialists club HRD-club.

"It [the influx] will not be massive, but it is already there. Among foreigners, people from India and Bangladesh are most often hired," he was quoted as saying by the Ukrainian service of the BBC television channel.
