The Russian Ministry of Defense proposes to set a deadline for payments to citizens mobilized for military service in case of dismissal before handing over their cases and positions. This is stated in the draft order of the Minister of Defense.

"In case of dismissal from military service of citizens called up for mobilization, monthly social payments are made to them on the day they are relieved of their duties in their military position," TASS quotes from the document on September 26.
