Peskov: the EU has changed the paradigm for voting on sanctions against Russia

On September 26, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov answered a question from Izvestia during a briefing about the extension of anti-Russian sanctions bypassing Hungary.
A journalist from Izvestia asked Peskov about the Kremlin's opinion on the new proposal from the European Union (EU).
"In your opinion, is one of the basic principles of the EU, unity, being violated? And what does the policy of ignoring the opinions of dissidents in the EU lead to in the long term?" the correspondent asked.
"This question should be asked in Brussels. We are talking about a paradigm shift in the approach to the basics of votes," Peskov said.
