An explosion occurred near the Plyussa railway station in the Pskov region. This was announced on September 26 by the governor of the region Mikhail Vedernikov.

"This morning, an explosion occurred on the railway tracks near the Plyussa station. There are no casualties," he wrote on his page in the MAX messenger.
