State Duma deputies are preparing a bill to provide free hot meals for all schoolchildren. This follows from the official documents, which were reviewed by RIA Novosti on September 26.

"The draft federal law <...> was developed in order to provide free one—time hot meals to students in educational programs of basic general education and secondary general education in state and municipal educational organizations," the document says.
