Major repairs of the polyclinic No. 1 branch building have been completed in Kurgan. This is reported by the regional Department of Health.

We are talking about a medical facility at 41b Dzerzhinsky Street. The contractor replaced floors and windows, repaired walls and ceilings, put heating, electricity, water supply, sanitation, and stairs in order.

There are two reception desks and two cloakrooms on the ground floor. On the fourth floor, a small operating room with modern finishes was set up. New furniture was also installed in the premises.

According to the <url> news agency, the total cost of updating the clinic exceeded 70 million rubles. The work was carried out within the framework of the program for the modernization of primary health care of the national project "Long and active life".

Earlier in September, a new polyclinic was opened in Ulan-Ude (Republic of Buryatia), which will serve 24,000 adults and 13,000 children. The three-storey medical facility, which is a branch of polyclinic No. 2, has 148 rooms, including ultrasound, fluorography, mammography and ECG rooms.
