Alsou and Filatov & Karas will meet in the musical battle "Battles of generations" on MUZ-TV

Singer Alsou and the Filatov & Karas band will face off in the new edition of The Battle of Generations on the MUZ TV channel, a TV show in which the masters of Russian music compete with young artists in musical duels.

The contestants shared their opinions about each other, expressing their admiration and noting only the positive aspects.

"Very pleasant timbre, very expensive energy. Well, just a beautiful girl!", — said the duo Filatov & Karas.

Alsou, in turn, said that she knows a lot of Filatov & Karas songs and called them "very cool guys." According to the singer, the band's songs are energizing even on a cloudy day.

The live performances of the artists will be evaluated by a jury that includes both singers and TV stars: Yana Rudkovskaya, Nikolai Baskov, Irina Saltykova, Vanya Dmitrienko, Mia Boyka (Maria Boyko) and Anya Pokrov. On stage, the audience will see Konstantin Anisimov, the permanent host of the project.

In the tender round of the "Love Song" Filatov & Karas performed the song "Take my Heart", which tells about the pain of loss. Alsou, in turn, performed the sensual song "Yesterday".

In the experimental round, Filatov & Karas performed a cover of their opponent's track "Sometimes" in a new rhythmic arrangement. Alsou presented her own classic interpretation of the rivals' track "Past Me", making it more romantic.

"It's very difficult! I think this song should hit the charts for the guys, because it's their style. And Alsou should hit the charts, because it's also very unusual for her. And it's absolutely necessary to exchange songs," Yana Rudkovskaya noted.

The audience will see the results of the match on September 27 at 17:00 on the MUZ-TV channel.

The premiere of the fourth season of the musical show "Battle of Generations" took place on MUZ-TV on September 13. The releases feature a wide variety of performers: Sergey Shnurov and the Leningrad group, Polina Gagarina, Alsu, Igor Sarukhanov, Nikolai Baskov, Julianna Karaulova, 5sta Family, Burito, Filatov & Karas, MIRAVI, Lyceum and others. The participants perform four tracks each — a hit song, a love song, a novelty song and a cover of an opponent's song.
