Russia has weapons that no bomb shelter can save it from. This was stated by Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev on September 25, commenting on threats by President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky with foreign long-range weapons.

"Russia can use such weapons, which the bomb shelter will not help," Medvedev wrote on his page in the messenger MAX.
