Sobyanin spoke about the help of MFC administrators in children's hospitals

Since this year, more than 100 administrators of Moscow public services centers have been helping in the emergency departments of six children's city hospitals. Their goal is to create an atmosphere of care and attention for young patients and their parents, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said in the MAX messenger.

Employees of the My Documents centers have been working in medical institutions since 2020. "This is how we began to change the medical care system in the capital, making it as simple and comfortable as possible for the patient — from the first minutes of being in a polyclinic or hospital," Sobyanin stressed. Ot noted that administrators receive special training before working in medical institutions.

Administrators help in six children's city hospitals — G.N. Speransky Children's Hospital No. 9, St. Peter's Children's Hospital. Vladimir, N.F. Filatov State Clinical Hospital, Z.A. Bashlyaeva State Clinical Hospital, Morozovskaya State Clinical Hospital, Research Institute of Emergency Pediatric Surgery and Traumatology. They register patients, consult escorts and arrange meetings with doctors, and help in non-standard situations.

IFC staff also meet patients in polyclinics and cancer care centers, help them make an appointment with a specialist and find the right office. In addition, administrators issue electronic medical records and resolve non-medical issues of visitors.

139 public service centers have been opened in the capital, including eight district flagship offices and a palace at VDNH. They employ more than 10,000 specialists who help residents of the capital receive over 300 public services every day.
