A lawsuit was filed against Philip Kirkorov in a Moscow court.

The Tagansky District Court of Moscow has filed a lawsuit against Soviet and Russian pop singer Phillip Kirkorov. This was announced on September 24 by the press service of the courts of general jurisdiction of the capital.

The plaintiff, who is Socium Trade Joint Stock Company (JSC), claims that in 2020 Kirkorov received a loan on individual terms from a Moscow Credit Bank, but did not repay it in full. According to their version, the singer returned only part of the amount, so the company demands to collect the remaining debt.

The preliminary meeting is scheduled for October 13 this year.

A correspondent of Izvestia reported from the courtroom on September 24 that the Yekaterinburg city court had arrested Alexey Bobrov, the beneficiary of Oblkommunenergo, in a fraud case.
