A state of emergency has been introduced in Novorossiysk. This was announced on September 24 by the mayor of the city Andrey Kravchenko.

"As a result of the Kiev regime's attack, several residential buildings and a hotel building were damaged. All services are in the "Emergency" mode of operation and are involved on the spot. Searches are underway for possible crash sites for UAV debris," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
