In the Tula region, a passenger bus overturned at the entrance to the city of Yefremov, injuring at least five people. This was announced on September 24 by a source of Izvestia.

At the time of the incident, there were 15 people on the bus, including one minor. According to the prosecutor's office of the Tula region, all of them sought medical help.
