Russian Presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov rejected US President Donald Trump's claim that Russia is a "paper tiger." He made the corresponding statement on September 24 in an interview with RBC.

According to him, Russia is not a tiger, but a bear. However, he added that "paper bears" do not exist.
