Due to the lack of some resources, the European Union (EU) will have to establish relations with the Russian Federation. This was announced on September 24 by Irish journalist Brian McDonald.
According to him, the shortage is observed not only in the fields of oil and gas. The EU also needs Russian fertilizers, nickel, aluminum, fish, machinery, and even uranium.
