The expert reported an excess of the average salary in the Russian Federation of 100 thousand.

As of June 2025, the average nominal salary in Russia was fixed at 103.2 thousand rubles, and therefore this indicator is expected to grow by 3-4%. Yulia Finogenova, Professor of the Department of State and Municipal Finance at Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, told about this on September 24.

"In Russia, according to Rosstat, the average nominal accrued salary in June 2025 was 103.2 thousand rubles, which is almost 16% higher than last year," she told TASS.
