The Russian Prosecutor General's Office is demanding that almost 100 real estate objects worth 9 billion rubles be seized from Valery Momotov, chairman of the Council of Judges. This was announced on September 23 by a source of Izvestia.

It is reported that Momotov used judicial immunity to cover up assets that he formed together with a representative of Krasnodar crime Andrei Marchenko. In particular, we are talking about the Marton hotel chain. According to the source, the judge legalized 11 real estate properties in the Rostov, Voronezh, Nizhny Novgorod regions and Krasnodar Territory, which were transferred to Marchenko.
