The Prosecutor General's Office of Russia has filed a lawsuit in the Ostankino District Court of Moscow anti-corruption to the chairman of the Council of Judges, Viktor Momotov, with a request to seize real estate registered by him to third parties. This was announced on September 23 by a source of Izvestia.

In addition, the agency demands to seize all property belonging to Momotov.
