On September 23, the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations reported a threat of a drone attack in Kazan. The agency called on residents to take security measures.
"Attention! The threat of a UAV attack on the city of Kazan.<...> Go down to the shelter (basement, parking lot), do not approach the windows, be vigilant," the message says in the mobile application of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
