In 2025, the average salary level in Russia is growing by about 15%. This was announced on September 22 by Kirill Tremasov, adviser to the head of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.
"Average salaries grew by 19% last year on average in the country, this year the growth has slowed down a little, but it is still very high: about 15% increase in the average salary in the country," he said in an interview with TASS.
According to Tremasov, now the incomes of the population continue to grow at a very rapid pace. As a result, statistics show an obvious increase in salaries.
On September 5, at the plenary session of the Eastern Economic Forum –2025 (WEF-2025), Russian President Vladimir Putin called for the creation of a "high-wage economy" in Russia. He noted that over the past 10 years, the average salary in the Far East has increased 2.5 times.
