The Government of the Russian Federation has supported a bill on the deprivation of acquired citizenship of people who evade military duty. This became known on September 22.

"The government of the Russian Federation supports the bill, provided it is finalized taking into account these comments," the TASS news agency quoted the official response of the Cabinet of Ministers.

It is noted that the draft was prepared by deputies from the United Russia faction Andrey Kartapolov, Andrey Krasov, Ernest Valeev and Vasily Piskarev.

It is assumed that these amendments will be introduced into the laws "On military duty and military Service" and "On Citizenship".
