The final of the Intervision competition has begun in Moscow

The final of the international song contest "Intervision-2025" began on September 20 at the Live Arena in Moscow.

According to the results of the draw, Sulema Iglesias Salazar, the representative of Cuba, is the first on stage. The presenters from Russia were performer Alexey Vorobyov and Honored Artist of Russia Aida Garifullina.

Before the start of the event, guests of the event appeared on the red carpet, including Russian pop stars Dima Bilan, Igor Matvienko, Olga Buzova, Igor Markov, Olga Seryabkina and Sarah Shore, better known as Jasmine.

Artists from 23 countries have confirmed their participation in Intervision. Russia will be represented in the competition by Honored Artist of Russia SHAMAN (real name Yaroslav Dronov) with a musical composition by Maxim Fadeev "Straight to the heart". He will perform at number 9 and perform the song "Straight to the Heart".

Alexander Ovechkin, a Russian hockey player and captain of the Washington Capitals NHL club, has been announced as the cultural ambassador of Intervision 2025.

All the songs will be performed live — this is one of the main rules of Intervision. Each number will reflect the culture and history of the participating country, while compositions about eternal values will be performed from the stage: love, family, home. The winner will receive a cash prize of 30 million rubles.
