A military parade was held in Belgrade on the occasion of Serbian Unity Day. Footage from the scene of the September 20 events is published by Izvestia.

The event began with the traditional greeting of the military commanders. The Serbian Guards marched through the square first, followed by various special forces units.

In total, over 10,000 military personnel and more than 2.5 thousand units of military equipment took part in the parade.

In addition, a large Serbian flag was unfurled on the square. The gathered citizens of the country also sang the anthem under the orchestra accompaniment.

Earlier, on September 2, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic expressed his intention to maintain military neutrality. He stressed that Serbia is currently the only European country that has not imposed any anti-Russian sanctions.
