SOE filed a lawsuit against the ex-mayor of Yaroslavl for the seizure of 14 urban land plots

The Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation has filed a lawsuit against the former mayor of Yaroslavl, Alexei Malyutin, for the seizure of 14 land plots in the city near the Volga River. This was confirmed on September 20 by data from the file of the Simonovsky Court of Moscow.

The lawsuit was filed on Friday, September 19th.

"The case category. 215 — On the transfer of movable and immovable property to the state income within the framework of measures carried out on the basis of Federal Law No. 230-FZ dated 03.12.2012 "On monitoring the compliance of expenses of persons holding public Positions and other persons with their incomes," follows from the case file.
