Kellogg advised Ukraine to accept the actual loss of territories

The special Envoy of the US President, Keith Kellogg, said that Ukraine should accept the actual loss of part of its territories. He announced this on September 19 in an interview with the Telegraph newspaper.

"We need to accept reality," he said.

According to him, Russia controls about 65 percent of the territory of the DPR and 98 percent of the LPR.

Kellogg noted that it is difficult to achieve peace without a cease-fire, whereas President Trump advocates negotiations without preconditions.
