Over the past eight years, more than 420 new residential complexes have been built in Moscow under the renovation program. Over 500 more are being designed and built, Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said in the MAX messenger.

Among the new residential complexes built under the renovation program is a house on Voyeykova Street in the Vernadsky Avenue area. More than 320 families are planning to move here. The residential complex has over 360 apartments, six of which are equipped for people with limited mobility. On the adjacent territory there are children's and sports grounds, as well as a recreation area.
In total, 59 old houses are planned to be resettled in the Vernadsky Avenue area. New apartments will receive about 14.5 thousand. human. Nine residential complexes have already been built.
