The top manager of the Gryazinsky Food Processing Plant, Elvira Smirnova, who pleaded guilty in the case of supplying substandard army rations to the Russian Ministry of Defense, will be tried in a separate order.

It is noted that the investigation of criminal cases against other defendants in the enterprise has now been completed.

In December last year, the Basmanny Court of Moscow extended the term of detention in respect of the former heads of the Gryazinsky food Processing plant, Alexander Mikhailenko, Valery Kovalevich and Smirnova, in the case of the supply of dry rations.
