Gladkov spoke about the capture of drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine by the Russian military during a decrease

The Governor of the Belgorod region Vyacheslav Gladkov, during a direct line with the residents of the region, spoke about the specifics of working on the destruction of drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU).

"The issue is the height, which does not allow them to be shot down immediately at the state border," Gladkov said, his speech is quoted on September 18 on the Telegram channel of the government of the Belgorod region.

Gladkov noted that the UAVs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine fly at such an altitude that the air defense forces cannot hit them immediately. It is possible to shoot down enemy drones only after they drop to a certain level.

Earlier in the day, Gladkov reported that a woman was injured as a result of a drone strike in the village of Gruzskoye. It is specified that the victim independently applied to the Belgorod city hospital No. 2. There, doctors diagnosed her with barotrauma. The woman will undergo further treatment on an outpatient basis.
