A new polyclinic has opened in Ulan-Ude (Republic of Buryatia), which will serve 24,000 adults and 13,000 children. This is reported by the republican government.

The medical facility, which is a branch of polyclinic No. 2, was built in the 103rd microdistrict of the city. The three-storey building has 148 rooms, including ultrasound, fluorography, mammography and ECG rooms.

The total cost of the new clinic was 813 million rubles. Thus, more than 768 million rubles were allocated directly for construction, and another 45 million rubles were allocated for equipment.

According to UlanMedia, previously the branch of polyclinic No. 2 was located in a three-room apartment with an area of 147 sq. m. The area of the new building is more than 5 thousand square meters. m. The facility was built as part of the republican state program "Development of healthcare".
