The woman who was wounded by a stray bullet in Turkey does not have Russian citizenship, she has a German passport. The Russian Consulate General told Izvestia about this on September 18.

"There are no injured Russian citizens as a result of the shooting incident you mentioned on September 9, 2025 in the city of Manavgat. The German citizen who was injured does not have Russian citizenship," the report says.
